Our Diagnostic Fee is £35 – this covers the time for our technician to look at the device and find the fault.
Yes – we believe in our work so all hardware repairs are warranted dependant on manufactures of parts.
software isn’t warranted but if the issue is still persistent would after collection we would love the opportunity to look at it again.
We work on a queuing system when looking at customer devices – we do offer a priority repair at £45 per hour for those urgent repairs.
we do however endeavour to look at devices within 2-3 days and advise accordingly dependant on issue for return to you.
We do yes
however we find in some cases that they can quickly become uneconomical to repair due to how cheap they can be new.
we explain this when booking them in to make you aware.
Collection is 30 days from completion
we will contact you as soon as we have some information to share. if you fear we have your details noted incorrectly please refer to the paperwork given to you when the device was dropped off.
we operate with a open and honest policy. if we make a mistake we will hold our hands up and do what’s right to fix the issue.
